A next-generation name in subsea asset integrity management software has unveiled the board of directors that will oversee its journey towards achieving turnover of £2 million in year one.
Elementz was launched in Aberdeen earlier this year and recently announced that the 17-strong team won more than £500,000 of annual recurring revenue during its first quarter in operation alone. The busy period has put the ambitious company on track to exceed its initial revenue goals, with a board of directors recently appointed to help navigate the company towards its targets.
Joining Elementz CEO Jason Brown on the board is Aize CEO Jarle Skrebergene who will take on the role of chairman, supported by board member Camilla Leon (VP Subsea AkerBP).
Elementz was established to take a wealth of experience in industrial software provision and enable the transformation and modernisation of integrity management across subsea asset portfolios for a growing global client base of multinational operators across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. The company specialises in robust and trusted Software as a Service (SaaS). The core offering – “Integrity Elementz” – provides a range of comprehensive, configurable cloud-based applications or “elements” to enable users to build End-to-End (E2E) integrity frameworks for their subsea assets. They can be tailored to provide all the functionality needed to serve as the core integrity platform to effectively plan, execute, and report on all integrity and inspection activities
Commenting on the creation of the board of directors, Elementz CEO Jason Brown said, “In working towards our corporate objectives, it is important to harness a solid cross-section of experiences and perspectives to ensure we embrace possibilities and opportunities using a rounded approach that is sustainable, pragmatic, and ultimately successful.
“We are, therefore, delighted to have brought together a group of board members who embody our values and mission whilst contributing the benefit of their individual experience towards collective success.”
Aize CEO and Elementz Chairman Jarle Skrebergene added, “Elementz competently addresses the unique challenges of subsea asset integrity management. Backed by Aize’s expertise and Aker’s deep industry knowledge, the company is well-equipped to support its clients in achieving their operational goals. With the guidance of the new board, I look forward to helping Elementz thrive and make a meaningful impact in the subsea industry.”
