Elementz offers robust customer support through our dedicated Customer Operations team. This team provides daily assistance via our Service Desk and direct support for data onboarding, configurations, and mobilisations.

Additionally, our site features a comprehensive Knowledge Base with articles and How-To guides, ensuring you have up-to-date information to maximise your use of the product.

As part of the onboarding process, Elementz offers dedicated virtual training sessions led by Customer Operations for your users and partners. Additionally, as an Integrity Elementz user, you will have access to our Knowledge Base to refresh your knowledge at any time.

We continuously release updates and improvements, and you will be fully informed of these changes with relevant learning materials. For any major updates, we can provide dedicated integrity software training sessions for your user base.

For individuals who have been requested to undergo training as part of continuous development or discreet mobilisations, we offer integrity software training courses each month that can be booked in advance. Please visit our training page <here> for further information and timings.

Integrity Elementz adheres to an agile development methodology, releasing updates every two weeks.

Integrity Elementz uses Microsoft’s trusted point-in-time database restore facility for up to 35 days of data recovery, and weekly backups retain for one year.

Yes. When your organisation enters, or already has entered into a Customer Agreement, these are the main processing purposes for which we process personal data:

  • Authenticate and authorise users to give access to the Service: For this purpose, we process Profile information, Account information and Technical and Behavioural Data.
  • Provide the Service, including granting or removing accesses and/or transferring users between modules of Integrity Elementz. For this purpose, we process Profile information, Account information and Technical and Behavioural Data.
  • Support, IT security and protecting the Service. Profile information, Account information, Technical and Behavioural Data, Customer Data and User Content
  • Product development and analysis. For this purpose, we process Technical and Behavioural Data, Customer Data and User Content.
  • Invoicing, bookkeeping and tax purposes. For this purpose, we process Profile information and Payment, Order and Financial Information.

We have extensive experience importing data from legacy systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Leveraging this expertise, we’ve developed user-friendly load-sheets and automated scripts to seamlessly transfer your existing data into Integrity Elementz. Our robust processes also identify and address any data gaps, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal functionality for users.

We understand the frustration of managing countless spreadsheets and media files scattered across hard drives or locked down in legacy systems.

Our team will assist you in seamlessly importing your data into the Integrity Elementz software. We’ll help you update your hierarchy, workflows, tasks and associated data structures and transcode and organise your media, ensuring everything is linked and integrated effectively. By leveraging your existing work, we’ll make your data more accessible, reusable, and valuable.

Integrity Elementz is hosted on Microsoft Azure platform in three regions as standard; Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

Integrity Elementz requires minimum involvement from IT personnel during onboarding. Coordination of data extraction from existing systems; database and media storage. Registration of Microsoft Enterprise application for single sign-on (SSO), and whitelisting of application URLs if required to comply with corporate IT policies.

Yes, our team are here to support your offshore campaigns from initial preparation, execution and follow-up. We are experienced in supporting a variety of spreads and 3rd party systems and hardware, ensuring comprehensive and reliable support for all your vessel mobilisation needs.

We prefer to get involved early to accommodate differing setup requirements and employ a variety of processes, procedures, and checks to ensure everything works as expected. Throughout the campaign, we maintain direct communication and are available to support any additional training and competency requirements.
