It’s been a standout moment for our team at Elementz, with one of our own recognised on a major industry stage.
At a glittering awards ceremony at P&J Live in Aberdeen on 4 February, our lead software engineer, Neha Bahukhandi, was crowned winner of the Rising Star category at the Subsea Expo Awards 2026. The award recognises emerging talent making a significant impact across the subsea sector.
Neha is a lynchpin in our core product, Integrity Elementz, working closely with our product, design and customer experience teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure and user-driven software. Her work plays a key role in how we continue to develop technology that supports better decision-making across subsea asset portfolios.
At Elementz, we are redefining subsea integrity management by enabling the transformation and modernisation of how assets are managed throughout their lifecycle. Our software solution is designed to improve efficiency, sustainability and safety across subsea operations.
Through our Compass strategic advisory board, which includes representation from some of the world’s leading energy companies, we have also created Tide Breaker, an initiative designed to turn subsea innovation into real-world impact. Tide Breaker connects start-ups directly with industry data, infrastructure and expertise, helping accelerate the adoption of new technologies. The project is guided by The Data Lab, Scotland’s Centre for Data Science and AI, and supported by ONE Digital Tech.
Commenting on the recognition, Elementz CEO Jason Brown said:
“Industry recognition of this kind is important endorsement of how much Neha and the whole team has achieved in a short time – and we’re only at the beginning of our journey to create a blue digital ecosystem that drives positive change through fresh thinking and bold innovation. This recognition for Neha underpins the validity of the work that we are doing and allow(s) us to move forward with confidence and optimism as we strive to create a bright future, not only for Elementz but for the wider sphere in which we operate.”
