As the leading industrial software company specialising in subsea inspection and asset integrity management, we have a key appointment that will support the company’s expansion into new markets and locations.
Lewis Yim has joined us as Chief Growth Officer, taking on the responsibility of growing the company’s footprint both geographically and across sectors.
Our CEO, Jason Brown, commented :
“We are thrilled to welcome Lewis to the team. His proven track record makes him the ideal fit as we seek to fulfil our ambitious growth ambitions and we are confident that his experience will help us strengthen customer relationships, expand into new markets and continue delivering on our vision to redefine the subsea sector.”
With 20 years of experience in SaaS and technology, Lewis has worked extensively in the digital oilfield space, including establishing commercial operations in Kuala Lumpur. He has also served as head of product and customer success at a Silicon Valley tech company, building strong commercial partnerships across the Middle East, South East Asia, and the US. Most recently, he led technology initiatives for a life sciences R&D company specialising in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease.
At Elementz, Lewis will focus on strengthening customer relationships that drive commercial success, leveraging his start-up and international experience to expand the client base across multiple sectors and geographies.
Commenting on his appointment, Lewis said:
“For me, the timing is right because the sector is going through another phase of digital evolution towards the creation of a blue digital ecosystem. I am eager to be part of these changes and Elementz is a pioneering organisation that sits at the centre of them.
There is a huge legacy in subsea integrity, but challenges exist in other sectors where we can be effective therefore is good to be building momentum and going beyond traditional oil and gas markets. It’s not common for a supplier to be pushing for the level of co-creation and collaboration that we see in the likes of Compass and Tide Breaker: Elementz is not just focused on revenue and survival but is genuinely trying to shape something bigger. That makes it an exciting place to be and I’m looking forward to playing my part.”
Lewis’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Elementz as we continue to expand our global reach, deliver innovative software solutions, and work closely with clients to tackle the toughest subsea integrity challenges.
