Our Customer Operations team offers a wide array of services, including customer support, desk and email inquiries, handling day-to-day queries, training, and most importantly, mobilisation e.g. setting up our inspection software on vessels and platforms.

Gone are the days when our team had to be physically present on vessels to set up inspection software. Today, the mobilisation process is done remotely, making it more efficient and versatile. Whether the inspection is vessel-based or platform-based, the team ensures that the software is set up, tested, and ready to go. This includes setting up and configuring the software, connecting to digital video recorders (DVRs), and performing functional tests to ensure the system’s readiness.

Due to the remote mobilisation capabilities, we support clients anywhere in the world. From Australia and Africa to the Gulf of Mexico, Canada, Norway and locally in Aberdeen, our team has successfully set up inspection campaigns globally. Currently, we are managing eight campaigns, with more coming up in the near future.

One of the standout features of our software is its self-contained environment, which does not require internet access during operation. Internet connectivity is only needed during the initial set up. To meet the various client needs, the set up can vary from a standalone operation to network setup involving multiple machines.

To ensure a smooth setup, our clients need to confirm that their machines meet our specifications, and that remote access is granted. We have introduced new checklists to streamline this process, requiring clients to provide necessary details such as passwords, codes, and a description of the setup. Once we have all the information, we proceed using Azure agent for automated deployment of the code. Once the code is deployed, we configure the system accordingly. The Client prepares detailed work packs that include all inspection details and tasks to be carried out during the inspection. Once the client provides the necessary transaction information, we complete the setup on the vessel and import the transaction, ensuring everything is ready for the inspection campaign.

It’s crucial that all inspection engineers undergo the required training, which can be booked through our website. The training includes a comprehensive subsea inspection course to ensure everyone is fully prepared.
