We are delighted to report a turnover of more than £3 million, marking another record-breaking year for us as a leading industrial software company specialising in subsea inspection and asset integrity management.
Elementz was first launched in Aberdeen in mid-2024, with 2025 representing our first full calendar year of trading. During that time, our ambitious team exceeded expectations thanks to a string of new projects and contract renewals that sparked exponential growth in key domestic and international markets, including Australia, Africa, Canada and Europe.
During 2025, we have added six staff and a further four have already joined the ranks since the start of this year, with an anticipation of another four new jobs to be created by the end of 2026.
Among the landmark wins that set us on a course to success was a contract to provide Integrity Elementz as a modular and scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for subsea infrastructure and pipelines for a major Australian-based energy company and one of the country’s largest domestic gas producers.
Other key highlights in 2025 included the creation of our operator-led strategic advisory board, Compass, and the Tide Breaker programme which aims to define technical challenges, mentor participants, and evaluate outcomes for field deployment. It is being co-led by The Data Lab, Scotland’s innovation centre for data and AI, which will support technical delivery, participant selection, and programme governance. With ONE Digital Tech also supporting, Tide Breaker will benefit from connections into the region’s wider entrepreneurial ecosystem and help ensure the programme drives impact at scale.
