1. Enablement: Project Kick-Off
The onboarding journey begins with a clear understanding of your requirements. We work with you to define the Scope of Work, gather the necessary data, and address any specific needs. Our team anchors key interfaces and establishes direct communication with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned. Governance and reporting protocols are also confirmed to maintain transparency throughout the project. During this phase, we collect all relevant documentation and secure access to core and third-party systems, laying the groundwork for a successful deployment.
2. Build, Configure, and Data Onboard
Once the foundation is set, we move on to building and configuring your platform. A dedicated staging environment is created, and your datasets are cleansed, validated, and prepared for integration. Media files are transcoded into browser-compatible formats, and adjustments to the hierarchy are made as needed. The Integrity Elementz dataset is then uploaded or created, followed by thorough QA/QC checks to ensure the system is reliable. 4. Deployment: Move to Production

In the lead-up to the official launch, we work with you to complete and agree on a communication plan. User access is granted, FAQs are published on internal customer sites, and training sessions are finalised.
