  • Customer Care: Focused on overall management and support of our customer and partner relationship

Our Service Desk is available to all users, providing an intuitive and easy way to request support and enter specific requests. Whether reporting an issue, seeking product information, or requesting mobilisation support, you can rely on our modern and professional service to track your request through every stage. You can also access the Integrity Elementz Knowledge Base directly from the Support Portal. Here you will find a comprehensive range of supporting material and resources on a variety of key topics, all designed to maximise your experience with the application and in turn the efficiency of your Subsea Integrity Management programme.
